We are seeking motivated Saudi fresh graduates who are eager to develop their careers in maintenance operations. As a part of FNRCO, you will gain hands-on experience and support our technical teams in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in routine maintenance activities for SLV systems and equipment.
  • Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repair tasks.
  • Follow maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:
  • Saudi national (Fresh Graduate).
  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of technical or maintenance concepts is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a technical field.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

About the Role:
The Cost Engineer is responsible for comprehensive cost estimation, benchmarking, supplier quote evaluation, negotiation support, and cost optimization of automotive components across assigned commodities. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Suppliers to ensure competitive and optimized product costs throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed cost estimation and breakdown.
  • Prepare should-cost models based on raw material costing and process costing techniques.
  • Analyze supplier RFQ submissions and conduct gap analysis.
  • Support negotiation strategies with procurement.

Qualifications:
  • BE / *** in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with SAP / Teamcenter is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite and available for regular day shifts (Sunday to Thursday).
