About the Role
EY is seeking a Manager to join its Audit team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to lead complex audit engagements, contributing to business growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role involves building and strengthening relationships, identifying and escalating risks, fostering a positive learning environment, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of audit engagements. This includes defining the audit strategy in consultation with Senior Managers, Associate Partners, or Partners, and executing it in accordance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols. You will also personally conduct complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on their size. Additionally, you will assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders. Participation in business development initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of seven years of professional experience in external audit.
- A strong academic record and a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
- Experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Experience with risk-based audit processes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and counselling experience.
- Experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
