About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi in Riyadh is seeking a Manager - Digital, Data & AI. This full-time role involves leading the implementation of digital and AI-based solutions for clients, focusing on procurement and supply chain management. The Manager will be responsible for translating insights into actionable strategies and shaping the technological future for clients.

Role Context

Inverto Riyadh, backed by BCG, focuses on procurement and supply chain strategies globally. The firm has invested in digital and AI-based tools, including a center of excellence for Digital, Data & AI. This role contributes to expanding the team of Digital, Data & AI experts, bringing data, digital tools, and AI methods into consulting projects to create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic Data & AI engagements, overseeing end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects across procurement and supply chain use cases.
  • Manage workstreams involving data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI applications, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Engage with digital, IT, and business leadership by preparing and leading senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
  • Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions, including data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Synthesize insights from large datasets and build robust, data-backed business cases for transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the development of new digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas on how emerging technologies can create value in procurement and supply chain.
  • Play a key role in business development by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and opportunity assessments.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance on technical and analytical approaches.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen the firm’s data and AI knowledge base.
  • Take ownership of roles within the Data, Analytics & AI community, supporting recruitment, capability building, and training initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement digital and AI-based solutions in real-world contexts.
  • Experience in leading stakeholder conversations and translating insights into strategies.
  • Proficiency in data, digital tools, and AI methods within consulting projects.
