Role Overview

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Manager – Performance Technology & Digital Enablement to join their client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading the technology enablement of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with an emphasis on digital solutions, automation, AI-enabled analytics, EPM systems, and data-driven performance reporting. The position requires a strong background in technology transformation combined with a solid understanding of performance management, KPI reporting, and executive decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions supporting Enterprise Performance Management and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate KPI monitoring, performance reporting, data collection, and management insights.
• Lead the enhancement and optimization of EPM systems, dashboards, reporting platforms, and related digital tools.
• Translate performance management requirements into business, functional, and system requirements.
• Lead BRD development and validation, UAT, implementation support, and change management activities.
• Drive the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, performance analysis, and executive decision support.
• Work closely with business, data, and technology teams to ensure performance solutions are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Support the development of digital dashboards and executive reporting solutions for KPI and strategic performance monitoring.
• Contribute to performance management initiatives, including KPI frameworks, strategic initiative tracking, and value realization.
• Manage technology-enabled performance workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation to support adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in technology-enabled business transformation, systems implementation, business requirements, BRDs, UAT, and change management.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI, automation, advanced analytics, dashboards, and enterprise digital solutions.
• Experience supporting performance management, KPI reporting, executive dashboards, or EPM-related technology initiatives.
• Consulting, government, or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of data, reporting, and system integration within enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
