About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a significant giga-project in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, aimed at creating a premier entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle destination. The Manager - Procurement Performance Management will play a key role in enhancing procurement operations through performance measurement, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

This role is central to driving procurement excellence within the Qiddiya Investment Company. The Manager will be responsible for establishing and overseeing performance measurement frameworks, leveraging data analytics to provide insights, and implementing initiatives for ongoing operational enhancement. Collaboration with procurement teams and leadership is essential to streamline processes, optimize supplier performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs, to assess efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across all procurement activities.
  • Analyze procurement data to generate insightful reports and dashboards that track category and supplier performance against established targets.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide support to Business Unit procurement teams in tracking performance and developing improvement plans.
  • Lead supplier performance management efforts by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating necessary corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence within the procurement function.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles, preferably within large-scale projects or complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management principles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and procurement software such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience working within the Saudi Arabian market or a similar regional context is beneficial.
