About the Role

Uplift People Consulting is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving dine-in and takeaway growth through hands-on, field-focused marketing initiatives across KSA markets. The role involves local store marketing, strategic partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency at the store level, contributing directly to the success of retail operations.

This is an individual contributor role that requires close collaboration with Area Managers and the Operations team to execute marketing strategies effectively at the store level. The Marketing Executive will manage the budget for Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives. An operational background with marketing exposure and a strong understanding of store-level dynamics are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to individual store needs.
  • Implement creative initiatives to boost dine-in and takeaway sales.
  • Manage the Local Store Marketing (LSM) budget to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
