About the Role

REEF GROUP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, and the incumbent will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and driving business growth by contributing to strategic campaigns, conducting insightful market research, coordinating effective content, and fostering seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the effective execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and successful project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify potential trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Assist in the planning and development of content strategies and marketing communications.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports to inform future strategies.
• Provide support for events, activities, and product launches, contributing to their successful implementation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing roles.
• Candidates with experience in the retail, beauty, fragrance, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors are preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
