About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the company's brands, contributing to campaigns, market research, content coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in content planning and the development of marketing communications.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics.
• Provide support for events, activations, and product launches.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Experience within the retail, beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
