Marketing Manager

About the Opportunity

GRG is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for one of the world's most recognized food service brands across the Saudi Arabian market. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves comprehensive ownership of marketing strategy and execution.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be central to defining the brand's presence and market approach in Saudi Arabia. This position requires an individual capable of shaping marketing strategy from concept through to results, rather than executing pre-defined plans.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and business plan, informed by thorough market and competitor analysis.
• Influence pricing strategies, brand positioning, and product development decisions.
• Manage marketing campaigns, media planning, and relationships with external agencies.
• Oversee product launches and menu innovation initiatives.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure marketing plans are effectively translated into restaurant-level execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team, setting clear objectives and fostering talent growth within the business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food service industry or a related consumer-facing sector. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, manage agency relationships, and lead a team is essential.
