About the Marketing Manager Position
Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on growing brand awareness and generating qualified leads. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Sales team and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Drive data-driven, cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase qualified lead flow and improve brand visibility.
- Consistently deliver on monthly marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize marketing spend through continuous performance analytics and reporting.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Manage CRM systems and lead tracking processes to ensure effective lead nurturing.
- Develop and produce compelling content and copywriting for various marketing channels.
Strategic Impact and Collaboration
This role requires a strong strategic mindset to develop and implement effective marketing plans. The Marketing Manager will engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
