This role is responsible for managing diverse production workflows, including advertisements, films, series, and documentaries, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agency-driven projects from initial brief through pre-production, shoot, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Scout for new projects and production opportunities to expand the client base and market presence.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with advertising agencies in Saudi Arabia and key client-side stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and control production budgets, schedules, and logistics, tracking costs and adapting plans as needed.
  • Oversee on-ground operations, including location scouting, securing permits, obtaining releases, and managing cast and crew arrangements.
  • Coordinate with directors, production crews, vendors, and internal teams, serving as the primary production liaison.
  • Oversee production coordinators and assistants, ensuring smooth execution under production pressure.
  • Prepare and present Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) booklets and client-facing presentations.
  • Prepare production reports and collaborate with the Production Accountant on payables, receivables, and profit forecasting.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience specifically within Saudi Arabia.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
