Role Summary

Imerza is seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves representing Imerza directly with clients in Saudi Arabia and providing support for large-scale Unreal Engine projects. The individual will serve as the primary link between client needs and Imerza’s global delivery and production teams, translating requests into actionable directions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Imerza’s on-site representative, translating client needs and requests into clear, actionable direction for delivery and production teams.
• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between the client and Imerza, ensuring clear communication and efficient turnaround on requests.
• Capture, document, and prioritize client feedback and change requests, relaying them accurately to the production and delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot minor on-site technical issues and escalate more complex items to the appropriate Imerza teams.

Client Engagement and Technical Support

The Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead will provide hands-on support for the client’s day-to-day Unreal Engine needs. This includes assisting clients with tasks such as opening levels, locating specific content and assets, and demonstrating project features. The role also involves guiding clients on how to navigate and present the Unreal Engine projects managed by Imerza with confidence. Additionally, the individual will identify opportunities to expand Imerza’s services by showcasing further capabilities to stakeholders within the client organization.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position requiring an on-site presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct interaction with clients within their premises.
