The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role combines strategic thinking with direct execution, requiring the individual to build marketing, communication, and branding strategies from the ground up. The Marketing Manager will generate and develop creative ideas and plan campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-driven marketer comfortable delivering high-quality work independently within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing strategies aligned with business and client goals.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, including objectives, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Design integrated communication strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain strategic branding frameworks: brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging pillars, and visual identity guidelines.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to support growth.
• Lead the ideation process: generate, develop, and validate creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Build and maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Adapt content and messaging for different audiences, channels, and campaign objectives.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to launch to reporting.
• Coordinate with internal creative functions and external partners to deliver campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Act as the guardian of the brand across all touchpoints, internal and external.
• Support client-facing communications and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
• Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Analyze data to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and guide future decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and report on spend versus results.
• Stay up to date with market trends in Saudi Arabia and the region, and apply best practices proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic brand building and brand management; agency experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and audience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and content planning across multiple formats and channels.
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
