About the Role

BOUNCE MIDDLE EAST is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves owning local social media platforms, campaign execution, events, partnerships, and on-the-ground marketing delivery for the BOUNCE brand in the Saudi market. The Marketing Manager will ensure all activations are relevant, energetic, and consistent with the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the organic social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat in KSA, meeting engagement, awareness, and commercial objectives.
• Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all touchpoints in KSA, incorporating cultural nuances.
• Create, write, and edit platform-centric content that aligns with trends and audience relevance.
• Stay updated on social and cultural trends, adapting content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Execute local marketing campaigns from identification to reporting, adapting global campaigns for Saudi audiences.
• Lead the planning and execution of special events and activations to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
• Identify and develop local brand partnership opportunities, co-branded events, and community activations.
• Localize customer nurturing series and referral programs, ensuring content is appropriate for the target audience.
• Lead localized execution of tactical campaigns via WhatsApp and email marketing to drive repeat visitation.
• Act as the marketing liaison between HQ and KSA venues, leading campaign meetings and resolving issues.
• Share monthly market insights, host insight sessions, and prepare campaign briefs and post-activity reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing decisions and track the commercial impact of activities.
• Manage local suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed briefs, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management, campaign execution, and local market activations.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and manage projects with ownership.
• Experience in identifying and building relationships with influencers and local partners.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Sprout Social.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, hands-on role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active collaboration with venue and content teams. The environment is described as fast-paced and energetic.
