Marketing Operations & Account Coordinator

Job Objective

Supporting the CEO in managing daily operations of marketing campaigns, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, improving customer experience, and adhering to timelines, which contributes to enhancing service quality and accelerating company growth.


Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Customer Management

  • Daily communication with clients via (WhatsApp - email).

  • Follow up on client requests and ensure their execution as per the agreement.

  • Convey client feedback to the team and document it.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.

2. Marketing Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate tasks between designers, media buyers, and execution teams.

  • Ensure workflow is on track according to the set timeline.

  • Follow up on the timely delivery and quality of tasks.

3. Project and Task Management

  • Use project management tools (ClickUp / Trello or similar).

  • Break down projects into clear, actionable tasks.

  • Prepare weekly reports on project status.

4. Reporting and Follow-up

  • Prepare basic performance reports for marketing campaigns.

  • Submit periodic summaries to management on progress and insights.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Documenting Processes (SOPs)

  • Document recurring procedures within the company.

  • Improve workflow and reduce reliance on individuals.

  • Contribute to building a clear operational system for the company.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent).

  • Experience of 0–2 years in marketing or project management (advantage but not a requirement).

  • Familiarity with the basics of digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in using task management and reporting tools.


Required Skills

  • Very high organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage time and multitask.

  • Professional communication skills with clients.

  • Quick learning and responsibility.

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.


Contract Type

  • Initial contract for 3 months (trial period).

  • Possibility of transitioning to full-time after evaluation.
