- Negotiate prices and supply terms to achieve the best value.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure compliance with delivery dates.
- Document all purchasing transactions and prepare necessary reports.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure material availability and prevent work disruptions.
Required Qualifications:- Relevant qualification in management, accounting, supply chains, or equivalent.
- Practical experience in purchasing (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using computer programs.
- Accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
