Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist (Saudi National) with strong experience in the Saudi market to manage, grow, and optimize our presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, understands local audience behavior, and can both create content and run paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms: Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ads campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Set up ad accounts, pixels, tracking, audiences, and retargeting funnels
  • Monitor performance, analyze insights, and provide weekly/monthly reports with clear recommendations
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in the Saudi market
  • Engage with the community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and cultural sensitivity standards in KSA

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Saudi National (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms: Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising setup, management, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Solid understanding of the Saudi market, audience behavior, and digital trends
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent Arabic communication and writing skills; good English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices across Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Expertise in paid ads strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Saudi cultural and market sensitivities

Working Conditions:
  • Fully remote position, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse, international team.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate meeting.
