About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all marketing, communication, and social media activities for GO Telecom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, managing digital presence, and driving engagement across all marketing channels while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Brand Management:
    • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the brand, products, and growth goals.
    • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer acquisition.
    • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Communication & Content:
    • Manage all company communications, including announcements, press releases, and corporate messaging.
    • Create, review, and publish marketing content (Arabic and English preferred) for digital channels, website, and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging in line with fintech and SAMA regulations.
    • Manage the online and the offline marketing activities for the company.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and others.
    • Develop content calendars, publish posts, and engage with followers and customers.
    • Monitor social media trends, community feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Digital Marketing & Performance:
    • Manage digital marketing activities including paid ads, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using KPIs and insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Work with external agencies, influencers, or partners when required.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills (Arabic required; English is a strong advantage).
  • Understanding of the Saudi market and customer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
