About the Role

Spa ****** is seeking experienced female Massage Therapists for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves providing premium women-only home wellness services to clients within Riyadh. Immediate availability is preferred for candidates.

Candidate Assessment Process

The selection process for this role includes an interview, a review of professional documents, and a paid practical skills assessment. Final selection will be based on the outcomes of these stages.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidates only.
• Currently residing in Riyadh with a valid and transferable Iqama.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massage techniques.
• Demonstrated excellent hygiene, professional appearance, and respectful customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable traveling to female clients’ homes within Riyadh.
• A massage training certificate is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from SAR 2,800 to SAR 3,000, determined by experience and practical assessment results.
• Accommodation is provided.
• Transportation is provided for work appointments.
• A commission of SAR 15 for every completed paid session after the first 20 sessions each month.
• All tips received belong fully to the therapist.
• Medical insurance is included.
