About the Opportunity
Pharma Medical is seeking a Master Data Administrator – Catalogue Management to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the integrity and usability of the company's extensive product catalogue across all operational and customer-facing platforms.
Role Overview
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Avnzor's supplier product catalogue, which comprises approximately 50,000 SKUs. This position ensures that all product information is accurate, complete, well-structured, thoroughly validated, and readily available for use across the company's website, mobile application, ERP, WMS, various marketplaces, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create and update product records efficiently and precisely.
- Validate data quality rigorously to meet established standards.
- Onboard new products into the catalogue, ensuring all required information is captured.
- Prepare and execute bulk data uploads for large-scale catalogue updates.
- Manage pricing information and product classifications within the system.
- Support eCommerce and marketplace listings by providing accurate product data.
- Generate catalogue reports and dashboards to monitor data health and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across departments.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in master data management, catalogue administration, or a similar data-focused role. A strong understanding of data quality principles and experience with large-scale SKU management are essential.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Experience with data validation and quality control processes.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
