Certificates and Experiences: - Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology. - Holds accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers. - Experience in road work of no less than three years. - Holds a certified supervisor certificate from the Ministry of Transportation. Tasks: - Design concrete and asphalt mixtures. - Control the quality of materials and mixtures on-site and in the laboratory. - Monitor the mixer deliveries and supervise the full functionality of all materials (aggregates and sand). - Supervise the tests on-site such as soil compaction tests, reinforced concrete tests, and asphalt tests. - Prepare periodic quality reports.
