This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right talent in place.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying candidates to collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees, creating a positive environment for new hires.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in employee training and development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional ethics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus.

  • Tracking each new hire through their initial 90 days.
  • Building and maintaining an internship pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong instincts in candidate assessment beyond CVs.
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
