About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to enhance our hiring process. This role is integral in identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to support the organizational goals at Albwan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in preparing job offers and onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment progress and prepare reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
