Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on the specified job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of all recruitment activities with company policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements:
  • Eligibility for the Tamheer program is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
