We are currently seeking a motivated Executive Recruitment Specialist to be a key member of our growing team at LOYAL PARTNERS. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with some experience in recruitment to advance their careers in executive search and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage the recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in executive recruitment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong instincts in candidate assessment beyond CVs.
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
