Media Public Relations Specialist

About the Role

REEF Group is seeking a Media Public Relations Specialist to join its Marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing brand visibility through strategic media relations, public relations campaigns, product launches, and brand events. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations activities aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and relevant industry contacts.
• Write and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinate media coverage for product launches, store openings, and brand events.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage PR agencies and external partners as required.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance and campaign results.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of previous experience in public relations, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or a PR agency.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience coordinating PR campaigns, media events, and product launches.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within the Marketing team at REEF Group.
