MEP Construction Manager

About the Role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety.

Established in 1978, Freyssinet Saudi Arabia (FSA) has evolved from a specialist in pre-fabricated and pre-stressed concrete to a general contractor in the construction industry. The company has a history of delivering large-scale contracts, including building complexes, hospitals, industrial projects, commercial centres, and bridges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site MEP-related activities from project inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, calculations, and material submittals.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Develop and manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for all MEP operations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and identify potential issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving complex MEP-related challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, detailing project status, milestones, and risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an MEP Construction Manager.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all MEP aspects of large-scale construction projects.
