About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking an experienced MEP Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) delivery for significant development projects within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and commercial aspects of complex MEP systems from initial design coordination through to project handover.

Project Focus

This role is centered on high-profile projects, specifically focusing on stadium, arena, and major mixed-use developments across Saudi Arabia. The MEP Director will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all MEP components, aligning with project timelines and quality standards for these large-scale ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall MEP delivery for stadium, arena, and major mixed-use development projects.
• Manage the technical and commercial aspects of complex MEP systems.
• Oversee design coordination processes for MEP systems.
• Manage MEP subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful project completion and handover of MEP installations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 15 to 20 years of experience in MEP, with recent years at a Director or senior delivery leadership level.
• A proven track record of leading MEP delivery on stadium, arena, or large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Strong command of complex MEP systems across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in managing MEP subcontractors and coordinating design through to project completion.
