MEP Engineer

About the Role

Riymar is seeking an MEP Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on the review, coordination, and monitoring of MEP designs and works for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and technical specifications for real estate projects.
• Review mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and related systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor MEP works on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow up on project progress and identify potential technical and coordination issues.
• Review MEP quantities, technical proposals, and contractor submissions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to support project delivery.
• Contribute to improving project quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP engineering.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The salary for this position will be not disclosed.
