About the Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a Merchandiser to join its marketing and sales team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for enhancing the presence of the company's products at various points of sale and ensuring an optimal display experience for customers. The position offers a salary ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 SAR, depending on experience, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize company products on shelves in stores and points of sale according to approved display standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability and replenish stock regularly.
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged products.
• Install promotional and advertising materials, including posters, display shelves, and signs.
• Build positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Prepare periodic reports on display conditions and competitor activities in the market.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve product distribution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality (this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens as per labor law).
• Previous experience in field marketing or merchandising, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the field and travel between various points of sale.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring regular travel to various retail locations within the city. The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve product visibility and sales objectives.
