About the Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our marketing and sales team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for enhancing our product presence at various sales points and ensuring an optimal display experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and be eager to contribute to our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize company products on shelves in stores and sales points according to approved display standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability and timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor product expiry dates and facilitate the withdrawal of expired or damaged items.
• Install promotional and advertising materials, including posters, display shelves, and signs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Prepare periodic reports on display conditions and competitor activities in the market.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to optimize product distribution strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required for this position, in compliance with labor regulations.
• 0-1 years of experience, preferably with previous experience in field marketing or shelf merchandising.
• Experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is highly preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and travel between various sales points.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The Merchandiser will operate as part of the marketing and sales team, contributing directly to product visibility and customer engagement. The salary for this role ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 SAR per month, commensurate with experience.
