Role Overview

The Merchant Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business partnerships. This role involves on-the-ground activities, including visiting potential and existing merchants to introduce services and ensure effective in-store marketing. It is designed for an individual who is eager to learn and develop within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential merchants at their physical store locations to introduce company services and explain partnership benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their specific needs and challenges to position company offerings as valuable solutions.
• Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partnerships.
• Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to inform company strategy and product development, including the visibility of in-store materials.
• Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing a foundation for successful long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of internship or co-op training experience in sales or business development.
• A maximum of two years of professional experience in a related field.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves significant on-the-ground activity, requiring visits to new and existing merchant locations as part of the In-store Operations team.
