
Montessori Teacher
Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to lead our 3–6 years classroom. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, organized, and committed to creating a calm, engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain an inviting Montessori learning environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and hands-on learning experiences aligned with Montessori philosophy.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and learning progress.
- Foster children’s independence, confidence, social-emotional development, and love for learning.
- Guide children with positive discipline and respectful communication.
- Ensure the classroom remains organized, safe, and developmentally appropriate.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Support daily classroom routines, including arrival, meals, outdoor activities, and transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching children aged 3–6 years.
- Excellent classroom management and observation skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Passion for child-centered education and continuous professional growth.

Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
