Network & Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure across its headquarters and dark store locations. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity, secure communications, and efficient operation of surveillance and access control systems.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure high network availability, security, and operational efficiency for Ninja's infrastructure. This includes managing LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions across all operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
• Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues while ensuring secure encrypted communications.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
• Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
• Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 3-5 years of experience in a relevant network and infrastructure engineering role. The role requires a skilled professional capable of managing complex network environments and security systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Network & Infrastructure Engineer will work within a dynamic quick-commerce environment, supporting both headquarters and dark store operations.
