Network Security Administrator

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a Network Security Administrator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and maintaining enterprise network security platforms, with a focus on firewalls and related security infrastructure. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in network security and firewall administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise firewalls and network-security platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, VPN, and NAT.
• Manage and support Symantec Bluecoat, FireEye, F5 BIG-IP, Cisco ISE, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Perform security-platform upgrades, patches, testing, and post-change validation.
• Utilize AlgoSec for firewall-policy analysis and security governance.
• Monitor security infrastructure and troubleshoot security-related incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate technical escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in network security and firewall administration.
• Professional certification such as CCNP Security, CISSP, GISP, or CISM.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and security operations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Symantec Bluecoat, SMG, CAS, and SEPM.
  • AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer.
  • Infoblox DNS.
  • F5 BIG-IP (WAF/LTM/APM).
  • FireEye.
  • Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.
• Excellent firewall and network-security troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on critical network security operations within an established enterprise IT infrastructure.
