The Role: New Sales Specialist – Events

FrontLine is seeking a New Sales Specialist – Events to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving new business within the events and exhibitions sector. The specialist will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, with a focus on expanding the company's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities specifically within the events and exhibitions sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Sell event management services, exhibition booths, activations, and related offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to contract closing.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize deals.
• Achieve established sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Monitor upcoming exhibitions and event opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• A strong professional network among corporate clients and event/exhibition stakeholders within Saudi Arabia.

Essential Skills

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh events and exhibitions market.

Location and Language

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders in the region.
