The Role: Events Sales Specialist

Halwa Almasa Factory for Industry is seeking an Events Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities related to various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and other special occasions. The specialist will focus on promoting the company’s range of premium chocolate products to event organizers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the Events Sales Specialist include:

• Managing event inquiries and client communications.
• Preparing customized proposals and quotations tailored to event requirements.
• Conducting client meetings to present products and finalize sales.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to foster repeat business.
• Coordinating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, and high-quality presentation at events.
• Tracking sales performance and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records for all client interactions and sales activities.
• Participating in marketing activities to promote event sales.
• Providing post-event follow-up to support client satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
