About TK Elevator and the NI Supervisor Role

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced NI Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on the day-to-day management of on-site installation activities.

Role Summary

The NI Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of on-site installation projects. This role involves close collaboration with technicians, sub-contractors, project managers, project/installation engineers, and the main contractor, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company safety and compliance rules.
  • Coordinate on-site work according to the Approved Installation Method (AIM) and schedule technicians and contractors.
  • Unload and securely allocate material on-site to prevent damage or loss, arranging shifting as required.
  • Verify material against the packing list upon arrival.
  • Prepare the site in accordance with company installation drawings and procedures.
  • Ensure site progress aligns with the estimated budget and approved program.
  • Control and maintain tools and equipment on site.
  • Raise Material Requisitions (MR) for local or additional material and sub-contractor labor in advance.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure a high level of installation quality.
  • Follow company quality procedures, ensuring stage-wise installation checks and records.
  • Clear service and client snags during project handover.
  • Fill and hand out internal Installation Protocols.

Coordination and Technical Support

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, site construction supervisors, and MEP contractors for associated works.
  • Identify and resolve risks that could lead to idle manpower due to insufficient worksite preparation.
  • Provide technical support to the customer on site.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Record and file plumb charts, Installation Test Plans (ITPs), third-party certificates, product certificates, site notes, progress cards, and EN81 check reports.
  • Submit a weekly project progress report to the AIM.
  • Follow up on technicians' time sheet filling.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily on-site, requiring direct involvement in installation activities and continuous interaction with various project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
