About the Role:
As a Nutritionist at DallahHealth, you will play a crucial role in managing patients and ensuring the highest standards of care within the resources of Dallah Hospital. This position involves developing, coordinating, and implementing clinical dietetic services to improve patient satisfaction and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clinical Dietary Policies and Procedures for review and implementation.
  • Ensure that Clinical Dietary Policies and Procedures are implemented and Hospital standards are met.
  • Report diet-related information to other members of the Catering/Dietary Department.
  • Assess nutritional needs of patients on long-term care.
  • Plan therapeutic diets in collaboration with the physician.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding their diet through diet counseling.
  • Deliver outpatient clinic diet therapy under the direction of the Medical Staff.
  • Attend in-service training programs regarding safety, infection control, fire prevention, etc.
  • Prepare monthly statistical reports.
  • Implement appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in patient and family education to help them make informed care decisions.

Requirements:
  • Essential: Two (2) years of work experience as a clinical dietician in a Hospital or related environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Nutrition or Dietetics.
  • Must be a Registered Dietician.
  • Licensed by the Ministry of Health.
  • Food Handler's Permit.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
