At Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our Riyadh office. With more than 50 offices worldwide, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to prominent corporations and financial institutions.

The Role:
The Office Manager will report directly to the Head of Office in Riyadh and manage crucial support functions. This position entails:
  • Developing and managing office infrastructure and administrative systems.
  • Overseeing local legislative compliance and operational management.
  • Providing high-level administrative support to Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, supplier relationships, and service contracts.
  • Support P&C activities including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Monitor office budgets and operational efficiency.

  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
