Operational Specialist

About the Role

Laverne Group is seeking an Operational Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and analyzing operational data, coordinating tasks across departments, and preparing essential reports to support efficient workflow and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update daily operational data within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and continuity of information.
• Analyze operational data using Excel and prepare periodic reports to identify areas for workflow improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of operational tasks.
• Follow up on daily requests and ensure their completion in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and presentations using MS Office tools, highlighting key issues and insights for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an operational or similar role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics for data management.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Competency in preparing reports and presentations using MS Office applications.
