About the Role

Masimo is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on enabling commercial success for the international sales organization across the Gulf region.

Role Purpose and Context

The Sales Operations Specialist drives operational excellence by delivering actionable insights, optimizing operational and logistic processes, and ensuring effective utilization of SF systems and sales tools. The role involves close collaboration with Gulf regional sales leadership, as well as Finance, Legal, Export, and Logistics teams to support strategic planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and execution of commercial initiatives across Gulf markets to achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
• Lead SF optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales efficiency.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity and scalability.
• Coordinate and prepare regional business reviews in collaboration with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Deliver insights and commentary on key opportunities, large deals, and contract performance.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting processes with accurate and timely data.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating foundational knowledge in sales operations, logistics, or a related analytical field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various internal teams and regional sales leadership.
