FOOD AVENUE is seeking a qualified Saudi national for the position of Operations Manager. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a candidate with extensive experience in restaurant operations, particularly with established brands. The Operations Manager will lead multi-branch teams and support the company's growth and expansion strategy.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all restaurant branches, ensuring efficiency and consistent performance. This role involves driving sales, achieving profitability targets, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The manager will also play a key role in staff development and the successful opening of new branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all restaurant branches to ensure efficiency and consistent performance.
• Drive sales growth, achieve profitability targets, and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and control food and labor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and minimize operational waste.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and all applicable municipal and health requirements.
• Enhance the overall customer experience and identify and address the root causes of customer complaints.
• Lead, supervise, and develop branch managers, while overseeing staff training programs and operational workforce scheduling.
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and successful opening of new restaurant branches.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Previous experience with well-established and reputable brands in the restaurant industry.
• Proven experience in managing and overseeing multiple restaurant branches.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in analyzing sales reports, Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, and operational cost structures.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion dedicated to senior management within the restaurant sector.
