Role Overview

Foodics is seeking an Operations Specialist for Foodics Pay to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing merchant operations. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for their accounts and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of Foodics Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including bank stakeholders and internal operations teams.
• Understand bank operations and identify potential obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within EPOS.
• Maintain knowledge of SAMA regulations, SLAs, and MADA branding rules related to POS business.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines, including settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned accounts, understanding contractual responsibilities.
• Maintain organized records of engagement history and reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage overall engagements with banks and oversee merchant onboarding and terminal management.
• Act as the single point of contact for POS vendors, ensuring timely installation and maintenance requests.
• Ensure merchant account settlement and reconciliation, providing continuous service to VIP customers.
• Prepare daily POS-related updates and accurate reports for banks and internal teams.
• Process amendments to merchant credentials and maintain historical merchant information.
• Prepare and submit SAMA SLA reports with POS vendors.
• Process chargeback, claim, and dispute requests, coordinating with banks for documentation and case closure.
• Maintain and control stock inventory, updating the billing system for financial billing.
• Validate invoices before submission to banks, highlighting discrepancies to the finance department.
• Respond promptly to emails and follow up with stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage reporting, including daily maintenance/installation reports.
• Prepare mandate reports (POS SLA/MADA branding/Active-Inactive/Segmentation/Stock reports).
• Create backup plans for report handling during absences.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• Understanding of financial regulations and operational processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
