The Operations Specialist Role

StellaStays Inc is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of properties to company standards. The Operations Specialist will contribute to implementing property management strategies, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining service quality. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly to support guest experience.
• Be available during emergencies to ensure guest safety and support.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and current operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, supervising work, and managing costs within the approved budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of property management and daily operational processes.
• Proficiency in communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational tools.
