Role Overview

The Operations Support Engineer provides essential operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This position involves maintaining system functionality and quickly resolving any disruptions to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and Client systems.
• Review application and system logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
