Role Overview

As the License Owner/Operator in Riyadh, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of operations for Stranger Soccer. This includes launching and scaling the business, overseeing daily activities, and fostering a strong, engaged football community. This position offers hands-on ownership and is ideal for those driven by performance and a desire to make a significant local impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop Stranger Soccer operations within Riyadh.
• Identify and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality game experience to encourage player retention.
• Implement continuous improvements and scale operational processes.

Support will be provided by the Stranger Soccer headquarters in Singapore, including access to their technology platform, a proven operating model, and ongoing guidance.
