About the Role

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Operator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing essential machine tending operations and operating various production machines within a manufacturing environment. The role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and product quality.

Role Purpose

The Operator contributes directly to the production process by ensuring machinery operates optimally and production standards are met. This involves a commitment to following established procedures, proactive monitoring, and accurate record-keeping to support continuous operations and product integrity.

Core Responsibilities

• Verify quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse according to production orders to prevent operational breakdowns or delays.
• Execute testing procedures to ensure that machines function optimally throughout production cycles.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures for the assigned production line.
• Monitor line equipment and operational parameters, submitting fault reports in the event of any abnormality.
• Participate in or lead shiftly operational reviews to discuss production achievements and address any issues encountered.

Quality Assurance and Maintenance

• Confirm the accuracy of the production date and batch number printed on product bottles.
• Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment to ensure satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Operator will work within a dynamic production environment, contributing to the manufacturing processes of Nestlé Saudi Arabia.
