Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coach assistants to promote effective selling behaviors and enhance customer engagement.
  • Examine patients' eyes of all ages in accordance with local guidelines.
  • Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
  • Liaise with other medical practitioners as necessary.
  • Meet sales targets for selling spectacles and contact lenses.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience and possess an optical diploma.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using modern optometry equipment and interpreting vision test results.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.

Work Environment:
Work is based within company branches (showroom and exam room) in a flexible work environment.
