Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Coach assistants to promote effective selling behaviors and enhance customer engagement.
Examine patients' eyes of all ages in accordance with local guidelines.
Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
Liaise with other medical practitioners as necessary.
Meet sales targets for selling spectacles and contact lenses.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-year experience and possess an optical diploma.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork spirit.
Language: Proficiency in English.
