About the Role

AIQU is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join one of its key clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering an opportunity to contribute to the client's Oracle Fusion HCM environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 functional application support to business stakeholders for Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, including defects, data issues, configuration gaps, and user-reported incidents.
  • Document recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose recommendations for system and process improvements.
  • Ensure timely closure of support tickets in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to log, track, and resolve Service Requests (SRs) as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of OTBI reports, BIP reports, and dashboards.
  • Support data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure data integrity across modules.
  • Participate in monthly governance meetings with business and IT leadership.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Change Requests (CRs).
  • Assess the feasibility and impact of change requests, and contribute to solution design.
  • Perform system configuration, execute testing (System Integration Testing - SIT and User Acceptance Testing - UAT), and facilitate deployment activities for enhancements and change requests.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5-10 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion ERP HCM.
  • Extensive experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and Saudi Payroll modules.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 full implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong post-go-live support experience is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, workflows, security, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues using logs, audit trails, and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing L2/L3 functional application support.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve defects, data issues, configuration gaps, and incidents.
  • Ability to document recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system/process improvements.
  • Experience in managing Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs).
  • Familiarity with OTBI reports, BIP reports, and dashboards.
  • Skills in data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation, ensuring data integrity.
  • Experience in gathering requirements for change requests, performing feasibility and impact analyses, and designing solutions.
  • Proficiency in system configuration and testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Experience in facilitating deployment activities.

Job Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a 12-month extendable contract. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP HCM. An Oracle Cloud certification in HCM is considered a plus.
